Cherokee Financial holds Mortgage Loan Assets in sixteen (16) states as of May 2005.

In each state, we seek responsible, experienced, productive professionals to help us analyze and harvest the value from our Loan Assets.

We use title abstractors, appraisers, attorneys, and other lenders to refinance our customers who have equity in their homes, but do not have the ready resources to cure large arrearages.

In the future we will post more specific information regarding the geographies where we seek local representation.
